Thanks Jose and Pacific Construction!  I found Jose on Yelp and Yelpers did not disappoint in their reviews.  Jose and Raymundo were able to turn around my full bathroom remodel in 2-1/2 weeks with demo done in 1/2 a day!  We did not move major plumbing, thus the 2-1/2 week turnaround but they did gut and replace all fixtures including removing a tub and installing an enclosed glass shower.  They work so fast and are so flexible and accommodating.  Some of the tile I picked for my shower was not going to work and instead of doing what I wanted, Jose made suggestions and the shower ended up beautiful.  We also ran into some problems when we painted the wall/ceiling ourselves and they fixed it all, no worries.

This was our first home remodel and although stressful I have no complaints – everything works, the professional craftsmanship shows, and the project was completed on time and under budget.  Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves every day and left my place just as they arrived, except on the last day I had a brand new bathroom to use.

P.S. they were very nice to my dog and she liked them, which is always a plus for me when working with contractors 🙂

I’m a young first-time home owner and I had a lot of anxiety trying to find the “right” contractor. I’m so glad I found Jose and his crew. We have a lot of work that needs to be done to our 1920’s home. For starters, we’ve had a leaking roof for several years now with two attempts in prior years to patch the leak. Didn’t work. Jose and his team came out a month ago and this was the first time someone took me up on my roof and explained the entire situation. They patched the exterior and also repaired the water damage in the interior of my home. I have other projects in mind like renovating the garage and building a backyard deck. I know that Pacific Construction Co. is going to continue to get my business.

My wife and I were very happy with the remodeling work that Jose and his team at Pacific construction completed. Jose would listen to any concerns we had and would make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The job was completed in the timeline he said it would complete.  I would recommend Pacific Construction for any home improvement project and will definitely contact him for any future ones at our San Bruno home.

I just finished up a kitchen remodel with Jose and his team and I’m very pleased with the results. Jose was very professional, yet friendly from the beginning and I believe he gave us a fair estimate. He was helpful throughout the process and told us when we might be approaching a problem or hurdle.
His team were courteous and respectable and kept the job site – and my garage – clean after every work day.

Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar.  My husband and I decided on Pacific Construction following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Jose Torres (owner).  Jose estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in January 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis.  Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Jose and his team delivered on both counts.

Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation.  Jose was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task.  He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose.  We have used other contractors in the past, but Pacific Construction outperformed all the predecessors.  We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Jose’s team for other construction projects going forward.

Just completed a remodel with an addition and it came out awesome. Me and my wife Beth were so pleased with everything, we can’t believe it’s our house. Jose was very professional and his crew were great. I would recommend him for a contractor as his prices and professionalism are outstanding.

My project was a complete remodel of a hundred year old home in Daly City. I found Jose and Pacific Construction on Yelp in January 2015.  I started this project back in January 2014 and after almost a year, I final got my plans approved by Daly City (The City is difficult to work with).  I had interview several contractors and felt very comfortable dealing with Jose.  He was professional and gave insightful advice on how the project should progress.

Jose listened to what we wanted and made sure it was in the contract.  He reviewed his contract with us and made sure we understood all the details.  Jose explained how long the project would take to complete.  He also made sure there was time built in for unseen problems.

Jose’s crews started on time and were professional and friendly. Jose was a hands on contractor.  I could find him on site when I was able to stop by.  As with all old homes unseen issues popped up.  Jose notified me immediately with the remedy and what the cost would be.  He then placed everything in writing, so there were no surprises.

During the project, Jose made several suggestions on what finish products we should uses.  His suggestions were spot on.  When all was said and done the house was beautiful.
Pacific Construction and Jose were outstanding to work with.  They made this stressful project easy and uncomplicated.  I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using they again for another project…….Thanks Jose

Just completed the 500 square foot addition/remodel to our home and we could not be happier. 🙂 🙂 🙂  Jose and his crew were professional, hardworking, honest, and upfront from start to finish. started each morning at 8 am like clockwork, and finished in a timely manner (for how big the job was).  Jose supplied invoices at timely intervals, allowing us to budget throughout, and pick and choose the things we could afford.

We have an entirely new home now–kitchen, floors, windows, electrical, HVAC, dry rot repair, drainage system, painting inside/out, roof, driveway, and the new master bedroom suite that feels like a spa, no joke (see pics added to Jose’s on yelp).  thank you Jose, Romundo, and the rest of the guys for giving us the home of our dreams!!
