I’m glad that I worked with Jose, he built a legal 620sqft 1BR/1BA unit beautifully from scratch on my R-2 zone backyard. The whole project took one year and seven months due to the CA requirement change 2016-17. Jose is very knowledgeable around CA codes, gave adequate advice and was patient in-between the hold by the city officials. The actual his construction work itself was fast. I will work with Pacific Construction again.
